3 Years and Counting...

This past weekend (February 8th), Adrian and I celebrated 3 years of being together. As little or as long as it seems to others, to me, feels absolutely perfect. With each day being a new adventure in life, love, and business, I truly feel as though I’ve found my better half.

When starting this blog in 2013, I remember the things I wrote about how I felt about myself and my past relationship post-breakup, and as those memories become just pages in chapters I no longer read, I look forward to living in the present moment and the future that is unwritten alongside my partner that feels nothing like my last relationship.

I am so grateful for Adrian, for the life and love we’ve created together over the past 3 years and beyond. And I am so grateful for the times we have to disconnect with the outside world and the distractions of social media to just fully be in the presence of one another doing the things we love to do.

And this past weekend was absolute bliss — from reading at our favorite coffee shop, listening to our favorite tunes on vinyl, and ordering our favorite pizza to enjoy while watching movies in bed, I couldn’t be happier. It’s truly the little things that make the most impact, and it’s moments like this weekend that remind me what we’re working towards, the future we’re creating together, and the love we have for one another.

To many more years of love, intentional time spent together, full-on belly-laughs until we cry, dreaming and planning our big ass goals, and building our empire!
