Honestly, as of late, I’ve felt so uninspired, unmotivated, and just so busy with my 9-5 that I haven’t found my will to create anything outside of it. I’m drained. It wasn’t until I was able to truly just remind myself that I’m on the right track and I’m doing everything I’m supposed to, that I felt at ease.
Oftentimes I find myself in a rut. Especially when it comes to creativity and pushing my boundaries. It never occurred to me how necessary it was to not only find inspiration but to inspire myself. And what better way than leaving a note to self (or NTS) on your wrist? When I discovered #NTS Bracelets, I immediately fell in love.
So I wanted to share the #NTS Bracelets I have and what they mean to me.
Embrace the Journey
Growing up, I’ve always imagined my life a certain way. Ticking off the boxes to goals I thought were aligned with my path of graduating college, getting a good job, and moving up the corporate ladder to then have a family and live in a home with a white picket fence. It wasn’t until the last few years I realized how much bullshit that actually is, and how no matter what those goals are, it’s all about the journey that makes life worthwhile.
Though we have so many destinations in mind with so many goals we want to achieve, I truly believe it’s the journey and the process that creates the memories we cherish for this lifetime.
Live to Inspire
Live to Inspire is a favorite saying of mine because going back to when I’d be growing up, I always knew I wanted to impact lives around me, but never knew how. It wasn’t until I truly discovered my strength in storytelling and connecting with people that I knew this skill would propel me in a way that’ll impact other’s lives. With my creative journey, I’ve been able to inspire those through Coffee & Convos, and I don’t want it to end there. I want to continue to live with intention to inspire others with my own story.
