We’re midway the month of January and I’m still on that New Year/goals kick! Which is great, right? Yeah, I think so too! And I only hope to keep feeling this inspired and motivated throughout the year. There’s so much to think about with the fresh year upon us and it can get extremely overwhelming.
While scrolling through a few of my favorite blogs, I came across some printable sheets from Marianna Hewitt that I quickly took a look at and started filling out! The one that I think would help me the most is the sheet of what I want more and less of in my life.
I use this hand in hand with my passion planner both as a reminder to myself to keep doing what I’m doing and to have more positivity and less negativity in my life. Not to share my complete list here are a few things I did write on those sheets!

TRAVEL, connecting, laughing, coffee, hugging, food, dancing like nobody’s watching, singing on the top of my lungs, smiling, reading, exploring, friend time, family time, water, healthy foods, black clothing, eyebrows on fleek days, days without waking up to an alarm, meditation, and capturing moments.
Less of This
Screen time, negativity, sweaters that itch, driving with barely any gas, debt, self doubt, caring about what others think of me, looking at my phone every 10 seconds to see if anyone texted me, bad hair days, keeping track of time, thinking about ‘what if,’ comparing myself to other people, and trying to fit in.
